TALENT Software Services in Minnesota seeks a Service Desk Support specialist to assist about 5,000 users with IT incidents and requests. Resolve password resets, access issues, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, VPN, and Microsoft 365 problems from a central desk.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are required. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, with emphasis on timely responses, documentation, escalation when needed, and security procedures.
