About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team and serve as a leader within the firm. This role is designed for a highly skilled litigator who brings strategic insight, courtroom confidence, and a commitment to legal excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop and execute effective case strategies
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Conduct advanced legal research and legal analysis
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Oversee trial preparation and courtroom presentation
• Provide strategic counsel to clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Maintain accurate case files and time records
• Mentor and support junior attorneys

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota
• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Commitment to high ethical standards
