Looking for a versatile, hands-on role where you can learn new skills and make an impact? We are hiring an assembler/Prepper to support assembly, part preparation, and production operations. You will work across multiple functions to keep orders moving and help build the high-quality lighting and hardware products our customers love.

Compensation& Benefits
- $23.00 per hour

- Assembly (Primary 90%):
Hand‑assemble light fixtures and hardware using hand tools, drills, and work instructions. Work involves small components, precise alignment, and fine detail. Perform visual quality checks - Part Washing & Prep (Secondary 10%):
Clean, degrease, and prepare metal parts for powder coating or assembly. Inspect for defects. - Picking & Packing:
Pull parts from inventory for production orders. Organize materials and hardware kits. - Inventory Support:
Receive and stock incoming materials. Maintain organized storage and flag low inventory. - Flexibility:
Shift between functions based on daily priorities and production needs. - Teamwork:
Communicate clearly with teammates and leads. Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, punctual, and communicates clearly with teammates and leads
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work (or strong transferable skills)
- Experience with fragile, made‑to‑order, or design product manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable with detailed, precise hand‑assembly work involving small parts and fine adjustments
- Organized and able to follow written instructions and visual guides
- Willing to learn new tasks and shift between functions as priorities change
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- 20/20 or 20/30 corrected vision
