Your Role

As our next Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (Monday‑Thursday, 2:30 pm‑12:30 am) – you will help shape our organization’s success. This position is a career opportunity where you’ll learn, grow, and contribute to a high‑energy environment.

• Use an RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with the Shipping team.
• Put away and replenish products with the Receiving team and support order kitting.
• Stock and manage items from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate the Vertical Life Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate warehouse industrial vehicles such as a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric and Manual Pallet Jacks.
• Navigates an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred: prior warehouse‑related experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of 5S/Lean methodologies.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: experience using Oracle.
• Preferred: RF scanner experience.
• Preferred: experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles.
