Colder Products Company (CPC) is hiring a Molding Process Technician for Tue-Fri, 5am-3:30pm, onsite in Roseville, MN. You will lead injection and scientific molding efforts, develop process instructions, and ensure presses run to spec while maintaining safety and quality.
The role requires 5–7 years in plastic molding, experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Travel is limited and onsite collaboration is essential.
