• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Perform repetitive operations as specified on Production Orders and according to Work Instructions, Procedures, and Assembly Prints.
• Set up and operate machines in the assembly area.
• Perform visual verification and testing of product per instructions.
• Ensure all parts are completed to the required standards.
• Inform the Assembly Lead of discrepancies in part quality.
• Notify the Assembly Lead of worker or equipment safety issues.
• Complete all tasks within ISO guidelines.
• Perform basic ERP data entry tasks.
• Operate in standing or sitting positions as required.
• Lift and transport parts between workstations.
• Maintain general housekeeping and organization in assigned areas.
• Demonstrate support of CPC core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Good hand/eye coordination and dexterity.
• Effective communication with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to accurately assemble parts using written instructions, specifications, and assembly prints.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and transport material, product, or tooling.
• Ability to rotate between all assigned assembly duties.
• Skill in setting up and operating assembly machines per instructions.
• Maintain acceptable attendance, assembly rates, and working relationships.
• For cleanroom personnel: must work in controlled environment attire (mask, hood & facial hair cover, gloves, coat, shoe covers) and be able to use cleanroom cleaning solutions.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Minnesota). Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
