• Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation
• Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations
• Assess current team performance and operational processes, taking full ownership of the production area
• Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor
• Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders
• Achieve and exceed established KPIs, metrics, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals
• Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred (BS)
