Constellation Search Group is looking for a Marketing Manager for a full-time direct hire position. The Marketing Manager will bring passion, urgency, and an entrepreneurial spirit to lead marketing efforts. The role requires a customer‑centric approach, prioritizing the buyer's experience and applying strong campaign execution and cross‑departmental collaboration. The Marketing Manager will execute all marketing department activities, ensuring tasks align with schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while also managing key metrics and performance.
Responsibilities- Oversee marketing strategy and plan execution, including managing the marketing campaign calendar, advertising media, trade shows, special events, and vendor relations.
- Organize and manage advertisement placements, coordinating internal and external resources for content delivery.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s website to meet or exceed monthly metrics and annual goals.
- Collaborate with various departments for new product development and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage all tradeshow aspects, including planning, preparation, payment, and logistics.
- Prepare and present marketing activity reports to executive management.
- Support Salesforce and Pardot initiatives, managing data and program functions.
- Organize direct mail campaigns for marketing initiatives across all markets.
- Coordinate marketing activities with international offices and support requests from internal stakeholders.
- Implement and distribute pricing updates to external channel partners.
- Conduct research for competitive analysis or business opportunities.
- Fulfill supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to understand technical product functions and ensure effective external communications.
- Knowledge of pre‑press documentation and printing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and handle multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
- Experience with database, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
- Ability to lead teams, inspire confidence, and motivate others.
