Interim Health Care of the Twin Cities is seeking an Admissions Nurse (Start of Care SOC Visit RN) to support home care patients in the Twin Cities metro area. You will conduct admissions visits and provide direct patient care in patients0s homes, under supervision of nursing leadership.
The role requires an active Minnesota RN license and at least two years of RN experience; home care/hospice exposure is preferred. You will travel within the service area and participate in a holiday rotation.
