We are currently seeking a 2nd shift Quality Inspector to join our growing location in Roseville, MN. The QA Inspector is a point of contact for employees who have questions regarding non-conformity parts, material, and tool calibration.
Position SummaryThe Quality Inspector is required to inspect individual components and various assemblies for defects and any deviations from customer specifications. Variable and attribute inspections will be performed. Perform other production tasks as required. The Quality Inspector supports the production department to achieve the quality and delivery goals of the company.
Responsibilities- Perform all 1st piece inspections as required
- Support and follow all Quality processes
- Comply with ISO & quality system requirements
- Perform all In-Coming and in-process inspections as directed
- Assist production & less experienced inspectors with IP inspections
- Track defect data and participate in corrective actions
- Ability to use Height Gages and standard bench measuring equipment
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Knowledge of Inspections and quality control methods
- 3 Years of Quality Inspection experience required.
- AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred
- Preferred certificates, License or Registration in ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, and Lean/Six Sigma
