Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience;
Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling;
Promote loyalty and warranty programs and drive sales goals;
Support inventory, fulfillment, and stock replenishment, and ensure accurate presentation of merchandise;
Assist with special events and collaborate with the team to uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department
