Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Kohl's - Up to $19.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods;
Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines;
Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty);
Support inventory accuracy through completion of required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices;
Support the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices and POS procedures
