As a Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. • Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker. Using company standards, you’ll deliver on our goal of keeping the store clean, organized, and all our famous styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power Customer Connection. You’ll provide stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top‑notch experiences powered by your attentiveness and determination to deliver the styles and brands they crave.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
