FT Operations Assistant Store Leader

Altar'd State -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Foster a guest-focused team environment and deliver excellent guest service;
Co-manage scheduling, back-of-house organization, shipment and product prep, and inventory/damages audits;
Train new associates on operational processes and participate in hiring decisions;
Communicate effectively with the executive team and assist in payroll and store financial performance
