Provide excellent guest service at checkout and throughout the store to enhance the guest experience;
Engage with guests to communicate promotions, features, and store services to drive adoption;
Operate checkout stations efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with safety and store policies;
Assist with order pick up and drive-up services and help guests use the Target app and other digital features;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and support stock/merchandising as needed
