Full Time Holiday Station Manager

Roseville, MN

Reports to:

Operations Manager

Rate of Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 / year based on experience

Bonus:
Up to 40% bonus, paid quarterly

Hours:

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

• Hire and train all employees ensuring excellent customer service and safety awareness
• Understand the equipment needed/used (gas pumps, car wash, etc.)
• Can problem solve quickly and communicate any store issues to operations
• Assist with merchandising and receiving products (lifting up to 50lbs.)

• Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
• Has experience working in a retail setting (1-2 years preferred); 1+ years experience managing in a food/gas environment (preferred)
• Knows about planning, coordinating, and managing a store’s daily functions
• Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning

FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift. OCCASIONAL:
Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift. FREQUENT:
Physical Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 2000 force pounds, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine), reaching, standing, turning Mental Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math OCCASIONAL:
