• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate Xfinity product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Assist customers in interpreting account statements and processing in‑store payments.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, and upgrade service levels.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required.
• Physical ability to lift and move 25‑pound boxes; ability to move around the store constantly.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and customer‑focused skills.
• Enthusiastic learner, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Technical knowledge related to Comcast products and services is advantageous.

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.19 per hour.
