Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer in Roseville, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering variety throughout your day as you support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people‑first culture.

Pay Rate: $20.95 / Hour
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
Job Schedule:
Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
