Security Officer Unarmed - Second Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.;
Assist with directions, visitor interactions, and communication with retail staff while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
