About this position
Michael Development/MJS Management is a property management company of residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. We are currently in search of a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centennial Commons Apartments in Roseville, MN.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Perform turnaround maintenance
- Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
- Care & maintenance of the swimming pool
- Painting
- Additional responsibilities as directed
- 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required
- Familiarity withmaintenancetools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well as a team
- Must pass background check
- Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance
$26.00 - $28.00
