We are looking for an adaptable, safety-minded Local Delivery Driver (CDL
B) to join our team in Roseville, MN.
As a full-time Swing Driver
, you will be a team player covering vacations, assisting with route adjustments, and stepping in to handle high‑traffic areas across the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.
You will deliver essential industrial and medical gases directly to a diverse client base, including hospitals, medical clinics, commercial construction sites, retail spaces, and automotive repair shops.
Compensation and Benefits- Bonus Potential: $500 quarterly Safe Driver Bonus + Quarterly Gain Share program
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends, no rotating on‑call shifts)
- Hours & Overtime: Standard shifts average 40 to 50 hours per week. Flexible morning start times typically range between 4:00 AM and 6:30 AM.

- Cylinder Handling: Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures for receipt. Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to a plant or branch for refilling.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including those from DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA.
- Warehouse Support: Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed.
- Valid Class A or B with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 90 days from hire date) & Airbrake endorsements
- Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements
- No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years
- No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
- Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment
- Be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with the aid of material‑handling equipment
- Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
- Forklift experience
