The Warehouse Associate – Shipping and Receiving is responsible for accurately storing products, preparing outbound shipments, and processing orders within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with internal quality standards and safety requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to established processes, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Accurately store incoming products in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with established procedures
• Label and process packages using various freight and shipping systems
• Process and manage orders within the ERP system
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Complete daily preparations for upcoming shipping activities
• Support divisional initiatives and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work scheduled hours of 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
