Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. You will be a key player on our warehouse team, moving, managing, and delivering products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

• Must have warehouse experience.
• Experience working in a freezer or cooler with temperatures below 0 °F.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer – –5 °F to 38 °F).
• 4 days on / 3 days off:
  Sunday 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Monday–Thursday 2 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed.

• $23.23 /hr, not including pay for performance (PFP). After a 90‑day probation period, the pay increases to $25.34 /hr.
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
