QCD’s warehouse team is a critical part of the supply chain, ensuring accurate, timely receipt, staging, and shipment of products. As a team member, you help keep America’s favorite restaurants running smoothly.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology, including RF scanners and inventory systems, to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

• Must have prior warehouse experience.
• Experience working in a freezer or cooler with temperatures below 0°F.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners is preferred.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: –5°F to 38°F).
• 4 days on, 3 days off schedule:
  Sunday 9:00 am–5:30 pm and Monday–Thursday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed.

• $23.23 /hr
  , not including pay for performance (PFP).
• After a 90‑day probation period, pay increases to $25.34 /hr (not including PFP).
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
