Warehouse Selector – Roseville MN

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company that serves thousands of restaurants across the United States. Established in 2006, QCD operates 25 distribution centers and averages more than 40 million miles driven per year.

You will be a key player on our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

• Warehouse experience, preferably in a freezer or cooler with temperatures below 0 °F.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physically active with capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners is preferred.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer
  -5 °F to 38 °F).
• Tue‑Fri 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.;
  Sat 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed.

• $23.23 /hr

• After a 90‑day probation period, pay increases to $25.34 /hr
