As a Warehouse Associate I, you will support the order fulfillment process, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities- Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
- Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
- Assist the Receiving team with putting away and replenishing product and order kitting.
- Stock and put away products from the production floor and cleanroom.
- Operate a Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to pick and store orders.
- Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
- Navigate the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Reading and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Previous warehouse‑related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of 5S/Lean methodologies preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Prior experience with Oracle preferred.
- Prior RF scanner experience preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.
- Less than 5% domestic travel required; occasional travel may be required.
- Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
