As a Warehouse Associate I, you will support the order fulfillment process, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
• Assist the Receiving team with putting away and replenishing product and order kitting.
• Stock and put away products from the production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate a Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to pick and store orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
• Navigate the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• Reading and writing skills.

• Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse‑related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/Lean methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience with Oracle preferred.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.
• Less than 5% domestic travel required; occasional travel may be required.

• Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
