Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD serves thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, delivering over 37,000 orders a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers and operating a fleet that averages more than 40 million miles driven per year.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

• Must have warehouse experience.
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
  
  -5°F to 38°F).
• Tuesday to Friday from 2 pm-10:30 pm and Saturday 9 am-5:30 pm.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed.

• $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP).
• After a 90‑day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34/hr (not including PFP).
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
