Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, delivering over 37,000 orders a week from 25 distribution centers and operating a fleet that averages more than 40 million miles per year.

In this role you will be a key player on our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your efforts keep the supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

• Warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a stand‑up forklift and reach truck.
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0°F.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (overnight shift).
• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: ‑5 °F to 38 °F).
• Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed.

• Starting pay $23.23 /hr (excluding pay for performance).
• After a 90‑day probation period, pay increases to $25.34 /hr.
• Weekly pay, every Friday.
