Position OverviewIn this role you will be a key player on our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your efforts keep the supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
- Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.
- Warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a stand‑up forklift and reach truck.
- Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0°F.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (overnight shift).
- Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: ‑5 °F to 38 °F).
- Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
- Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed.
- Starting pay $23.23 /hr (excluding pay for performance).
- After a 90‑day probation period, pay increases to $25.34 /hr.
- Weekly pay, every Friday.
