Wes Banco Bank Inc. seeks an accomplished IT risk and GRC leader to unify governance, risk, and compliance across technology, data, and operations.
You will own the enterprise IT GRC program, align controls to NIST CSF, FFIEC, and related standards, and drive policy development and evidence-based assurance. Reporting to executive leadership, you will mentor a team of analysts, partner with Risk, Audit and Technology, and communicate complex risk themes to the Board committees.
