Intercompany Accountant

Summary

Our client is seeking an Intercompany & Consolidation Accountant to manage how transactions move between their different companies. This role works closely with the finance and treasury teams to make sure our numbers are accurate, organized, and reported on time.

• Manage daily transactions between company entities, making sure amounts match and issues are resolved
• Review and adjust intercompany balances each month to keep records accurate
• Improve and document processes to support a growing, multi-entity organization
• Prepare monthly reports that show intercompany activity clearly and accurately
• Work with Treasury and Accounts Receivable during month-end close to ensure all intercompany activity is captured correctly
• Ensure intercompany activity is properly reflected in company-wide financial reports

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of hands‑on intercompany accounting experience (multi‑entity, multinational, or multi‑store environment).
• Net Suite experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation workflows.
