Job Description
Roberts Properties is a full-service construction, development, and residential management firm based in Atlanta that is currently seeking a controller with experience in the private-sector construction or related industry. This position offers a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a generous bonus package.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of controller experience in private-sector construction or related industry, hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Sagis, and Yardi accounting software. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working with minimum supervision. A CPA is not required but is considered an added benefit.
Responsibilities- Work directly with the CFO on the monthly construction company draw to subcontractors.
- Oversee employee payroll.
- Handle human resource responsibilities, including employee vacation accrual and paid time off.
