Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio while delivering high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of individual, corporate, partnership, and business tax clients.

  • Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Deliver proactive tax planning strategies that help clients minimize tax exposure and achieve financial objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Ensure compliance with current tax laws, regulations, and professional standards.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications
  • Active CPA license required.

  • Minimum of five years of public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns and providing strategic tax planning.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop staff.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow into a future leadership or partner-level role.
