Payroll Analyst

We're partnering with a well-established company in the northern Atlanta suburbs to identify an experienced Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll operations for approximately 800+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning the payroll function, ensuring compliance, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver accurate, timely payroll.

Hybrid schedule - only 2x/week onsite

• Process end-to-end payroll for approximately 850 employees across the U.S. and Canada.
• Administer multi-state U.S. payroll and Canadian payroll while ensuring compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
• Manage payroll-related onboarding activities, including I-9s, W-4s, direct deposit setup, tax forms, and employee record maintenance.
• Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, compensation adjustments, bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve payroll discrepancies, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy across payroll and HRIS systems.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting to support payroll reporting, compliance, audits, and process improvements.

• 4+ years of payroll experience with responsibility for high-volume payroll processing.
• Experience independently processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Hands-on experience processing both multi-state U.S. payroll and Canadian payroll.
• Experience managing payroll onboarding, including I-9s, W-4s, direct deposit enrollment, tax forms, and related new hire documentation.
• Experience using multiple payroll and HRIS platforms. Paylocity experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, payroll taxes, and applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, benefits administration, payroll tax compliance, or India payroll processing is a plus, but not required.
