Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team on-site in Peachtree Corners.
Please note:
This is a fully in-office position; The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quick Books and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. You will play a key role in keeping our financial records accurate, processing transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter financial data and daily transactions into Quick Books.
Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor and customer files.
Review invoices, bills, and expense reports for accuracy.
Assist with generating basic financial reports and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Quick Books is required.
Ability to work 100% on-site at our Peachtree Corners location.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation based on market rate and experience
