Bookkeeper

Job Description

Accountants One is working with a long-term client that is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Prepare financial reports as needed
• Ensure invoices, payments, and expenses are recorded accurately
• Support the management team with accounting-related tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
