Job DescriptionThe Probate Court is seeking a dependable and service oriented Part‑Time Clerk to assist with daily court operations. This position requires a Spanish‑speaking individual who is comfortable working with the public and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and consistently exercises sound judgement, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills while interacting with the public and supporting court operations.
EssentialDuties
- Providing customer service and assisting the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in court databases
- Providing clerical support including filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Handling cash and processing payments in accordance with court procedures
- Communicating effectively verbally and in writing with the public, coworkers, and court officials
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
The grade for this position is 97.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of general office/customer service experience
- Able to communicate in Spanish
