Position: Office Manager / Receptionist

Confidential Company is a boutique family law firm based in Roswell, GA, seeking a warm, professional, and self‑sufficient Office Manager / Receptionist to serve as the face of the firm.

As the first point of contact for clients navigating some of the most emotionally challenging moments of their lives, this individual plays a critical role in delivering a compassionate, professional, and organized client experience.

This is a full‑time, onsite position reporting directly to firm leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client calls, emails, and in‑person visits
  • Answer and manage a multi‑line phone system with professionalism and warmth
  • Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming, calm office environment
  • Schedule and manage attorney appointments and client meetings
  • Maintain organized and accurate client files, both physical and digital
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and e‑filing of legal documents
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate vendor calls for maintenance needs
  • Handle administrative tasks independently and proactively, with minimal direction from attorneys
  • Ensure the front office is professionally maintained and organized at all times
  • Support attorneys and remote team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer‑facing experience
  • Prior legal office experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, online platforms, and general office software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage the office with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor maintained at all times
