We are looking for a Service Technician / Diagnostic Mechanic to join our growing Service Department. This role will require knowledge for repair and maintenance to factory and dealer standards for a variety of year, make, and model vehicles. This job is commission only based on FLAGGED hours for Repair Orders. FLAG Rates vary based on Technician experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards for Used Vehicle Fleet.
• Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Used Vehicles.
• The technician is responsible for having an inventory of normal auto repair tools. Specialized Tools and Equipment onsite.
• Working with Vehicle Sales Department to ensure that vehicle meets standards for inclusion in Used Vehicle Fleet.
• Perform basic diagnosis and repair for various year, make, and model vehicles.

Requirements:

• Ability to Stand, Stretch, and reach, and use hands for repair for up to 8 hours per day. Technician provided with bay, tool area, and specialized equipment.
• Ability to work on rotating Saturdays and some Holidays.
• Pass a pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check including MVR.
• VALID Driver's License Required (must obtain GEORGIA driver's license within 30 days of employment if applicable)
