Position Overview:Regal Nissan is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and guidance throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair process. Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide accurate information about recommended services.
- Clearly communicate repair estimates, timelines, and any additional services to customers.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Familiarity with dealership service software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology is a bonus.
- Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
