We're looking for a strategic, execution-minded Client Development Coordinator to support our Operations team and focus on driving revenue growth within our existing book of business. This is not a traditional sales role — it's a hybrid position that blends operational excellence, account strategy, and product awareness to identify and unlock new revenue opportunities from current clients.

This role will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Product teams to turn insights into action, helping clients expand their use of our services while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage existing clients through outbound calls to introduce, position, and drive adoption of relevant products
  • Analyze client performance to identify under utilization and implement tailored strategies to increase product usage
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to gain insight into client needs, goals, and business operations
  • Maintain deep expertise across our full suite of products to effectively align solutions with client objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft compelling pitches aligned to client needs.
  • Provide feedback loops to Operations and Product teams to inform roadmap priorities based on client growth trends.
  • Drives revenue growth by identifying and expanding opportunities within active client portfolios.
  • Consistently strive to meet monthly quotas across key performance metrics, including leads generated, Fuel and Clutch card products.
