To

succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field;
    Graduate degree in business or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 10 plus years of experience leading large‑scale, global initiatives within a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and similar functions.
  • Experience converting customer/consumer insights into activation plans.
  • Experience with product commercialization, marketing & branding is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of sustainability‑related legal requirements and technical standards.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and program/change management capability.
  • Strong communication and influence skills (must be able to educate and inspire across levels and functions) influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require (up to 30%).
Preferred qualifications
  • 10+ years of focused sustainability experience.
  • 10+ years of product commercialization experience.
  • Proven track record of execution on tight timelines.
  • Versatility in thinking and execution – Ability to move the organization.
