Role
Kimberly-Clark is looking for an experienced, self-driven and agile leader to be a Procurement Category Manager, Professional Services in the Global Professional Services Procurement Team. You will develop and execute Global category strategies in the Professional and Management Services space, including Real Estate, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Travel & Entertainment (T&E). This role ensures that total volume, spend, and supplier relationships are leveraged across segments and integrated for product and service optimization in line with our business strategy.

The role owns stakeholder relationships globally as well as across regions and segments to maximize value delivery across a portfolio of approximately $350–$400M of annual category spend.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong category management discipline across Real Estate, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), and Travel & Expenses (T&E), with clear strategies, sourcing roadmaps, demand management levers, and performance metrics
  • Ensure line of sight to global strategy with alignment to regional, segment-specific, and global business requirements
  • Ensure effective category governance aligned with Procurement policies, approval frameworks, contract standards, and Kimberly-Clark Code of Conduct requirements
  • Lead end-to-end visibility of category performance, risks, savings delivery, and commercial obligations; provide transparency to stakeholders and Procurement leadership
  • Drive a structured check-and-adjust cadence to review category performance, supplier outcomes, and market changes to sustain value over time
  • Identify and proactively manage category-level risks (supply continuity, service performance, financial exposure, reputational risk) and escalate as appropriate
  • Proactively identify risks and work with respective leaders to build mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with Procurement team members on the Global team and promote best-practice development and sharing
  • Provide visibility of risk and opportunities; take ownership of Procurement actions needed to deliver desired outcomes (commercial terms and risk management)
  • Ensure compliance with the Kimberly-Clark Code of Conduct and Procurement rules

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; minimum 5+ years of Procurement Category Management with accountability for large, complex spend portfolios within a global or regional scope
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing or supporting Real Estate, Facilities/IFM, Workplace Services, or Travel & Expense (T&E) categories
  • Strong business and financial acumen with ability to use data, benchmarks, and market insights to support category strategy
