• Proactively contact prospects or client managers to schedule in-person meetings, with the goal of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Gain solid understanding of clients' current and upcoming projects, identify staffing needs and learn company culture.
• Screen candidates for job suitability, market them to client hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Provide candidates with information needed for successful interviews, present job offers and address candidate issues or concerns

• 1 – 4 years professional work experience, with 2 years working for one employer.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to call and/or email prospects and schedule meetings
• Outstanding communication skills, personable, with the ability to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.
• Strong desire to grow as a salesperson. Learn to ask insightful questions, build trust and provide solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Staffing industry experience
• Knowledge of IT concepts and Terminology. Be aware of common Software Development languages, Cloud Services and Networking.
