Job Summary:

This role is responsible for evaluating and refining the company's current customer engagement strategy. The selected candidate will develop clear recommendations and work to implement these improvements across the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker focused on enhancing customer connections.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
• Design customer touchpoint models and communication calendars.
• Translate customer insights into strategic engagement frameworks.
• Drive engagement strategy with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Measure and optimize engagement performance through data analysis.

• Proven ability to craft customer-centric messaging.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.

Experience:

Experience in B2B environments is preferred for this role.
