• Manage subcontractors to ensure project efficiency
• Oversee retail remodel construction in occupied stores
• Coordinate handoffs between day and night shifts
• Attend daily meetings with owners to discuss project status
  
  Conduct site inspections before and after shifts
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety regulations
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Communicate project updates between teams
• Problem‑solving and making decisions in the field

• Prior experience as a superintendent is required
• Experience in retail construction, particularly in open store settings, is required
• The ability to manage subcontractors effectively is required
• Proficiency in reading blueprints is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required
• Flexibility for travel and shift work is required
• Experience with expansions and tenant buildouts is preferred
• Strong scheduling and multitasking ability are preferred
• Client‑facing experience is preferred
