Lithko is seeking a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to manage project estimates, detailed scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for each project. The coordinator will support project leaders and ensure timely, accurate project information, cost control, and compliance.

• Develop detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate on project strategy.
• Create customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Perform job setup, including initial contract review, cost code allocation, and preliminary budgeting.
• Generate correct and timely project information.
• Organize log setup for all MPOs and POs to track logged items and submittals.
• Maintain an organized and accurate takeoff for the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and operational support to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team as needed.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure cost and quantity align with the budget.
• Create change orders aligned with customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed project closeout.

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large‑scale self‑perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Data center construction experience.
• Self‑performance experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, emphasizing commercial/industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including projects over $1 million.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
