Commercial Construction Superintendent - Mission Critical

Overview

Notable and well-established GCs Seeking an outstanding Sr Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale Mission Critical/Data Center construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily site activities, driving project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring successful project delivery from groundbreaking through closeout.

• Lead field operations on large-scale Mission Critical/Data Center construction projects.
• Drive project schedules and ensure on-time delivery from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues and maintain project objectives.

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
• Experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or other complex projects preferred
• Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control
• Ability to lead field teams in fast-paced construction environments
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
