Mission Hires is seeking a Senior Estimator for a confidential Atlanta area site development contractor. The ideal candidate will price full site packages, read civil plans cold, and lead bids from $4M to $30M with minimal guidance.
The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil estimating, expertise in earthwork, utilities, paving, and the ability to finalize bids using AGTEK and HCSS Heavy Bid. Relocation is considered and a strong growth path exists.
