$110-150k (depending on experience)

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee every phase of construction—from scope development through project closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven success managing multiple commercial projects from start to finish
• Experience with projects ranging from $800K to $20M
• Medical Office Building (MOB) experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and communication skills
• Experience with construction management software (Procore preferred)
