Traveling Superintendent

With a growing presence across the Southeast, our client offers experienced Superintendents the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects within a well-established and respected construction company.

• Oversee day-to-day commercial construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Manage project schedules and monitor progress.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate multiple trades.
• Travel to project locations across the Southeast.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
